2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday). Once processed, delivery takes 3-9 business days depending on your location within the Australia. We offer Free Shipping on all orders, using trusted carriers such as Purolator, DHL, UPS CA, or FedEx.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions. You can use our Order Tracker page to stay updated on your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
